Eh, I'm a little bit about both. Then again it depends on the personality more.
It generally tends to reflect on the outside after you get to know them better =)
So if your a shitty person, you don't look pretty once someone gets to know you.
Thats how I see it anyways...

You can change the outside but not the inside thats what everyones trying to say? ^^

Well Murky got a point, at least for me some people turned more attractive after I knew them better.. but of course it's mostly the first impression that counts can't say the look isn't invovled there.
However had the most amazing experience this year, when I fell in love with a certain somone ;) before seeing her

Well I have it going this way.

The outside is linked with the inside as vise versa, they are both part of 1 whole and if you aren't ok on one side, it effects the other 1 too.

My historie on guildwars is quite easy .
I used to be in the very first pns , runned by Danny. though i used to leave a couple of times, danny and i kept in touch through whom i learend marie to know :D
though we weren't best friends at start marie and i we could get along after a while :P then i had a stop for a while at gw because of school and i where moving towards another town so had no time for it

ah well then I went online again aftr a month or two and found martin and marie in my urgoz team so i decided to join PNS again.

ah well hope you ppl enjoy me being around during the weekends if not to bad :D
