Easy buildmaker?

-You can even make all Elite builds for fun
-Gets updated all the time for the latest skill descriptions
-Easily visible 'team' builds
-Can be saved in guild wars files so you can open them in there

-No attributes can be applied
-Cant be used at the same time with guild wars doing so makes it very slow.

I'm using this one now.. you can edit ingame templates or directly load teambuilds into gw

I use tis 1 too, way to go tool. :D
Already started with creating a team template and finally got time and ass together rid of some unwanted builds. :P
Never was assed to do so ingame, where it would be way too harder to do so.
And what is good is you can edit stuff while off gw.
